Booked out outbound and return trip a month in advance, I called a week before and the night before our flight to confirm everything is in place so make sure we don’t miss our flight and have a lift home.

I was told to call the taxi line when we land and again when we get our luggage so they could make sure a taxi will come for us.

I was made aware that the time land is a busy time and they might be a bit late because they have school runs. At no point was I told the taxi is CANCELLED because of school runs.

Today we got back and I called the taxi company like instructed, I was told that there won’t be a taxi coming and there is nothing they can do. She hung up.

I called back to ask for help finding another, she hung up while I was speaking.

Now we are stranded at the airport with tired children after a 15 hour plane journey and need to pay more money for booking a taxi late.

Terrible experience, rude and horrible company.

We booked HAT for an airport run, and very unfortunately we got a text message from our airline telling us our flight was cancelled JUST as our driver had set off to pick us up ... at 4:10am!!

We called the office who answered straight away and they completely understood. They showed us great empathy - no fuss, not about them and the inconvenience it caused their driver in any way. We did manage to sort out an alternative for much later that day and Shane collected us at the new time. Really impressed, great communication, great price and great people. Thanks team

Absolutely 5 stars from me.. I needed a large vehicle to get a large dog to the vets, the dog was very cautious, the driver was excellent at being friendly with the dog, so patient, what a great company.. Thankyou
