You want to reach your goals, HxB is the way to go. I literally couldn't ask for a better service. I know what to eat, how to work out to achieve fat loss and muscle gain. Excellent fitness package. Life changing results.

HxB the best PT

Prior to lockdowns and the gym opening/closing opening etc HxB have been at our side all the way through.
Setting us daily movement targets, meal plans and motivation when we were feeling lazy or down.

Come on Boris open up! We miss our PT

Great service tailored to a busy work schedule helping with work-life-fitness balance

Working long hours and a busy shift pattern I’ve struggled in the past to keep up with a routine and have found myself giving up but HxB health and fitness have worked hard with me to allow for those busy times teaching me to be creative with workouts when I am unable to get to the gym as much as I’d like! HxB has encouraged me to keep it up and gave me much needed motivation especially through lockdown checking in with me with a strict but understanding and fair approach which is what I totally need!
A fair price and the personal interest in my fitness along with advise on food and wellness makes me feel like I’ve had more than my money’s worth.
