Very condescending and arrogant sales lady - I’m surprised Fiat allow such appalling rude people to front their garage sales. Will not be returning to buttons or buying a new fiat from them - check the many reviews here also mentioning this shockingly poor attitude towards customers. Go elsewhere.

very bad customer service

took my car in for minor repair, came back with damage to interior and very bad scratches on dashboard and door trim. I contacted service manager who agreed the mechanics had not taken enough care and promised to right as much as he could. After several phone calls and many excuses still waiting after weeks and weeks. Appalling customer service, surprised they are still trading going by the service I recieved.
