Huttie

Very poor service. Got charge an obscene amount of money just to tell me I have no hot water- yeah I already knew that!!!

I have a maintenance Contract with Huttie and find their answer service most efficient , no long waits on the phone. Appointments are arranged with minimal delay and their range of electrical , plumbing and heating engineers are all very knowledgeable and efficient. Des Wain - Cambridge

Further .. Huttie have now rung and say they will fix - I await.
I had a bathroom installed upstairs - with good results. Then had a boiler installed - barely 5 years ago - which is now completely out of order. I have e-mailed, done chat, sent requests for appointment - and the service (sic) is hopeless. A plumber came yesterday who was not informed that Tom of Huttie had promised (a) ordering a fan that would arrive Tuesday 8 December; (b) setting an appointment for Wednesday 9 December 2-5pm. No fan with the plumber who arrived and no advice had been passed to him per (a) and (b). I have had to purchase a heater, spend nights freezing under piles of doonas, gone without hot water for more than days - and am thoroughly disappointed. Have not even had an apology from Emily or James. Sadly, I will now have to find an alternative plumber so that my boiler can be functional again - hopefully. What a huge disappointment for what was a really good service. Awaiting update.

I’ve had Huttie plumbers, and electricians help renovate my whole house. Amazing team, clean, polite and so efficient. Can’t recommend George, Rod and Barry enough.
