At Hutchinson Nutrition & Training, I will help you reach your goal while transforming the gym from a place of intimidation to a place of accomplishment. I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer personalised training plans to help you achieve your goals. Whether we are 1-1 in person or online, I will always provide everything you need to reach your goal. To accompany our regular exercise sessions, I’ll also provide you specialised nutrition goals, to maximise your training results.

Highly recommended

It had been 10+ years since I last regularly did weight training. When coming to the gym by myself I was quickly running out of ideas and not getting much out of the sessions.

Chloe was brilliant in bringing me back up to speed and providing me with structured session which gave me the tools/catalyst to push on and train by myself.

I’m now roughly 8 weeks in and feel confident going to the gym and working on my goals. Chloe was also very personable and helped me feel welcome and comfortable from the start.

Highly recommended.

My goal was to feel confident in the gym, Chloe has really helped me build my confidence and made sure that my form is correct. I now feel confident going by my self on the days I'm not having a pt with her. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and keeps me motivated and I would definitely recomend her if you're looking for a personal trainer

Absolutely incredible in all areas. Really approachable,friendly and professional. I have been with Chloe for 7 months now and I wouldn't have been able to get to where I am now without her encouragement and structure. I now know what to do in the gym when not on a session with Chloe and I can go in with confidence and do to the workouts set out for me. it's not just about the weight loss it's about being given the right tools and confidence to make it a lifestyle change.

Chloe is a fantastic personal trainer, I started with her last year and made such great progress my mental and physical health has completely changed, my relationship with food is much healthier and I feel more confident in my body.

Chloe checks in with me regularly outside of training to make sure I am still on target I really appreciate the time and effort she puts in to my journey.
