I have visited this store many times but never again after the way I've just been spoken too
Very rude and unwelcoming
I have worked 7 days a week throughout all of the lockdown I am fully aware and are appreciative of social distancing
When I arrived I asked a member of staff if I could go straight to the back for stone ware he said yes as there was no one in there. When I walked through I was told abruptly to go through the front in a very rude manner
I was informed that they were controlling a system
I thought fine, no need to speak to me like that. In fact I would add that you remind your own staff re social distancing when I went into the store 2 members of staff came and stood right next to me!!!!!!

Very helpful staff over the telephone We're pensioners and isolating ourselves at the moment. Ordering paint for indoors and garden furniture was made easy for us. Goods delivered 3 hours later with a cheery smile. Thank you all we can now get a few jobs done. Support your local shops
