Huntingdon to Stanstead Airport 13/11/24. On time pick-up, good journey , recommended.

i had three confirmation calls with the company to make sure they turned up for a taxi run to Huntingdon station so we could catch a 5.30 train to Heathrow for our flight! they didn’t turn up!!!! we missed our train and everything went terribly wrong due to our lateness. It was all so awful With children. James the manager promised us compensation, however after months of asking we never recieved a penny for all the inconvenience and hassle.

Terrible service - sad to say do not rely on this company… especially if you have a flight to catch.

Got an online quote, for a 5.7mile journey, of £9.50.
Booked it online but was charged £15 and told by the driver that the website was not up to date. How it can be up to date enough to allow us to book but the price not be accurate is anyone’s guess
Feel very misled and won’t ever use them again or recommend them.

Honestly the worst taxi company I have ever had to deal with, changed the price on my 1st drop off when I booked through the app and the I book a taxi for the way home left me and a friend waiting 50 minutes so ended up getting a different taxi ferm and cost me extra to get home. What a joke of a company.
