My dealings with all the staff in the Wisbech shop has been excellent. I've rented a television and a washing machine at reasonable cost and any problems which have occurred they passed on to the department responsible. At that point the system seems to break down. I guess there are too few engineers for the problems coming into them. My washing machine door would not open after washing a load of clothes and it took 9 days to replace the machine.
The replacement m/c door on first use would not open. The shop staff passed the news on to the engineers but could not give me any idea as to when I will get someone out to sort the problem. I'm hoping not another 9 days. It's a pity a 5 star shop is not well enough supported by the service dept.

I’m disappointed with Hughes customer service,my father has used them for many years, unfortunately my father has passed away recently so we have asked them to collect the items he was renting. we have repeatedly been addressed with rudeness on the phone and we asked them to call so that we could meet them at the address. This didn’t happen, we called and was told they had already been.now we are having to wait till Monday. Disgraceful service On top of having to deal with our fathers death.
