Felt like I was interupting their day when I called in for some spares.
Got blanked, offered stuff that was not quite right , got fleeced on the spares.Generally treated with zero curtesy...again

Customer Service & Engagement Shockingly poor - Avoid Avoid Avoid

I have used this company for many years and spent tens of thousands of pounds with them on equipment and servicing. I have noticed over the past years that they have become objectionable and the owner rude, arrogant and unhelpful. There are several other suppliers in the area who are far more helpful and engaging – avoid at all cost

Husqvarna rubbish

Bought husqvarna chainsaw which failed soon after leaving showroom . Husqvarna reneged on their warranty insisting I used wrong fuel .i am a certified mechanical engineer 40 years. What a cop out with Hugh page collusion . I will never buy from Hugh page again and advise others likewise.

An unusually good experience!!

I recently purchased an Atco from these folk. I got good advice, a great mower, fantastic service and even better after-sales service. In the process I've met 3 different guys (including the boss) and they couldn't have been more pleasant or more helpful. Well done HP!

Use at your peril

I booked a service for a ride-on mower. When the mower was collected I was told it would be back in a few days. Nobody contacted me at all, so I called them 5 days after collection to be told nothing had been done. I then called again after a further 6 days and spoke to the Service Manager. He told me they were waiting for parts and he didn't have time to call me and let me know what was going on! Also failed to ask for authorisation for the additional parts he said were needed. This was before lockdown so I said I wanted the mower back before lockdown even if the work hadn't been completed. He said he would call me if they were going to go into lockdown. He never called me, I found out by checking their website, and only got the mower back the following week. I wrote a letter of complaint , but they didn't reply. This says it all, arrogant beyond belief. Plenty of alternative places to get a mower serviced where they don't take customers for granted.
