Had booked spray tan packages with Jenna pre Covid and had 2 sessions left to take. Contacted her to book and was greeted by a simple NO as the package should be used up within six months! I reminded her that this was not made clear and is nowhere stated in writing on her website or via text messages from her! In any case I reminded her that we went through a pandemic and she responded by saying that they had been back working for one year now. I explained that I had Covid and suffered with long Covid and was only now in a position to book my session which would have improved my mental health. She did not respond and am now left extremely disappointed. This is an independent, small local business which thrives on reputation, word of mouth recommendations and repeat business, which mine would have been! We are only talking of two sessions and what would have been the possibility of many more! The door has been firmly shut in my face. Extremely poor and shocking customer facing service!

This was my first experience of having my hair done in my own home and I am a complete convert. Jenna's presence was very calming and I was immediately able to trust her with my hair. She is extremely professional and clearly very experienced, managing to turn my horror-show of a previous hair colour into beautiful natural golden tones. Excellent value for money. Couldn't recommend the service highly enough.

I absolutely cannot reccomend Jenna and her team enough. From the moment she arrived she was so professional, right down to the kit she carried with her and her HTN branded gowns and aprons. I had had a terrible experience with a previous hairdresser a few days earlier and Jenna squeezed me in at short notice even though it was a nightmare colour correction job.

She talked me through everything she was suggesting before implementing it, making sure I was confident and comfortable with the plan before she started, and then at each step of the process she would explain the products she was using and the effect they would have as we went along - I felt incredibly reassured.

Despite having to use bleach to bring my hair up from dark brown to a beach blonde balyage, my hair felt silky smooth afterwards thanks to the Olaplex and incredible care Jenna had taken while lifting it. The end result was more than I could have hoped for - it’s beautiful and I can’t rate HTN highly enough.

Thank you so so much for doing my extensions at such short notice!! The girls were so so lovely, I loved every minute of it and everything they said made perfect sense! They were really professional and made me really trust them looking after my hair! I’m so pleased and just upset I didn’t ring you earlier! Thank you thank you thank you! looking forward to new Hair with you, and fingers crossed my own hair gets longer and thicker from now on! Excellent and very professional business, I couldn’t be a happier customer!

Jenna gave me genuinely one of the best hair cuts ever. I've got short hair and do lots of silly things to it myself so I'm not an easy client but she corrected my colour beautifully and cut it in such a flattering shape. People are still complimenting me a month later and I've booked in my next cut already :)
