Just attended Emergency First Aid at Work course, Hannakins Community Centre, Billericay. John Hayes (trainer) was far best the trainer i have come across in all the years I've attended First Aid courses. He spoke clearly, at a good pace and was very approachable making sure all attendees were ok and if there were any questions before moving on to next part of course. John took into account any attendees having special needs to carry out the course and helped to work with them. The only downside the venue Hannigans Community Centre was very cold, most of us had to keep our coats on until the afternoon when it finally warmed up, but this obviously was out of trainers control. Perhaps venue should wsrm building up in advance of any courses. Thank you John for a very informative and enjoyable course/day. Debby Murray
