WOW where do I start with this lying horrible firm, first of the woman on the reception called Sophie has an attitude problem and lies about what you say. She also breaks gdpr and doesn’t seem to have a clue about the process and upon telling her about appointments I’d previously had got snotty on the phone saying well you can tell me again can’t you with a horrible attitude. Told her if already had an appointment only to be told all my personal information was said to a receptionist and that the individual wasn’t even a solicitor, told her how upset I was and then told there was only one solicitor I could have and she wasn’t available till the 22nd but for only 30 minutes which I’d already had so then when asking to speak to a superior then comes on the phone with an absolute horrible attitude saying that I’d been swearing and abusive to the other person which I wasn’t at any point. Upon him saying that they won’t take my case and him getting aggressive on the phone to me. Reported!!

lying and bullying people during a divorce, trying to force innocent victims out of the matrimonial home due to false allegations, they push for legal aid, once they get that they will drag the divorce on as long as possible. wendy bailey took over my exes case which would have been completed 12months ago, but as she had legal aid she dragged it out for another 12 months causing much distress, i will be reporting this solicitor to every governing body there is for lying and bullying. they dont even respond to complaints. i also found out wendy bailey was my solicitors boss from the company she had just moved from, so when i asked if there was a conflict of interest i was threatened with a non molestation order to shut me up, and then my solicitor suddenly dropped my case, no doubt as wendy had told her of my complaint. i would urge anyone not to use this solicitor during a divorce unless you want it dragging out for 18 months and get sent threatening and bullying letters.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. We are stuck in the middle of a small chain with all parties completed four weeks ago....except Howell. They do not acknowledge or reply to emails or phone calls (not even the option to leave a message). The chain is at risk of collapsing thanks to these jokers and they just don't care!!!
I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but this company need striking off. I have never witnessed such incompetence and like I say, they simple do not care.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!
