Never answers the phone

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! Why press option 2 to speak to staff when they don't answer. Iv called now 6 times and they haven't picked up once.

takes far to long to aswer the telephone and because it goes through a switchboard your paying for waiting fr someone to answer! VERY frustrating!
I also feel when you attend the lesiure centre the reception also takes ages to serve you! I find the staff on reception quite abrupt and seem annoyed that they have to serve you!
