Haves used them for various jobs in my rental property and never had any problems. They have also worked in my parents house and again we have no complaints, had to write a review after seeing lots of negative ones which beat no resemblance to our many experiences with this company!

Really good people to deal with

Have used them for boiler services and replacement of radiators. They also changed our boiler about 3 years ago. Always find them really great and genuine people to deal with, got the job done when they said they would and a really good quality job. Thoroughly recommended.

Rude, late and unprofessional

Did not turn up on agreed day. When we chased the following day the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude.

THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED SO FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

Don't bother with this company - as they certainly are not bothered about you!!! Arrogant attitude and unreliable. Came to assess a job but clearly did not know how to deal with it said "I have never seen this problem before so will discuss it with my father and get back to you in the next day or so" - that was 3 weeks ago. 4 phone calls from me chasing them up with no satisfaction. Do what we did and find yourself another plumber.
