Many thanks for your comments. We feel we should defend ourselves and do remember this incident from a couple of years ago. In fact, we remember that there was a TV box near to your drive which if driven over or stone dropped onto it would have potentially knocked out TV signal for the neighbours in the area (not good being around christmas time!) If we feel that there is a potential to damage property when delivering, then we will not risk it. On this occasion we did not risk hence why you were unhappy. Apologies for this but we can not please everyone. We encourage all customers to check with us beforehand if they have any concerns on where we can drop off their products. Many thanks again for your comments.

thanks for your comments. We do remember this occasion from a couple of years ago. We seem to remember that there was some sort of TV box near to your driveway. Our driver did not want to risk damage to the TV box which may have caused loss of TV signal to the neighbours (which would not have been very welcomed near to Christmas!) So on this occasion the driver did not risk unloading the stone onto this or allowing the truck to drive over. Our priority is safety and to prevent damage to property when we deliver.
Many thanks again for your comments.
