I needed a new boiler and radiator and done my research to get the best possible person and quote. Steven certainly lived up to his reviews. He was punctual, honest, very hard working and impressively knowledgeable. I needed two new taps fitted in my bathroom, Which wasn't included in the quote. I offered him money for this service, but he refused payment. I payed him anyway, because that was a sure sign of a genuine nice bloke. The quality of his workmanship was par excellence and the quote for the job was very reasonable. If you are looking for the qualities in a trades person which I have already stated above, then I strongly suggest your search is over.

disappointing - no one got back to me

Due to the 5 star review online i was calling Housewarm yesterday mid day, left a message on their answering phone, called again and send separate an email (contact you within one business day) . i still having heard anything 24h later neither were my calls answered the morning after and i got hung up on. I don't know who wrote these reviews but this business seams to be not existing or a scam.

I am sorry for not not getting back to you. It was very busy in February and sometimes there's just not enough time in the day to get back to everyone. I have taken the "contact you within one busines s day" off the website as it was just a standard phrase that comes with the contact form plugin, thanks for pointing that out. Fitted new boiler, new bathroom taps and unblocked bathroom basin. Pleasant, efficient and done in time specified at a very competitive price. Excellent.
