My experience was good in the beginning, great choice, lovely staff, but once the fittings started, the staff's attitudes changed. The seamstress is lovely, but if you want something changing, that you're paying for and they get it wrong, the manager blames you. Heaven forbid if you are a bride to be and put on weight, I'd hate to see how they deal with that situation. Also beware, they over stretch the seamstress and prioritise friends. They should make sure that all customers are fitted in and treat the same, not set aside for friends.
Look out for following as they do not quality check the dress after the last fitting and before packing it for you:-
1 Your dress hooks being cut off, so you can't hang your dress up.
2 Loose threads, I was told this would be checked, it wasn't.
3 Black marks from the sewing machine
Thank goodness for my bridesmaid, who previously was a bridal shop manager, could sort these things out, as without her, I was stressed, abroad with nobody to help.
