Straight through with no advisories. Although this is down to the condition of the car it is great evidence that the team here no what they are doing and are totally straight up.

Our car has been serviced & maintained at the main dealer since new, 6 years ago. Each time it's been incompetence after incompetence & not cheap. Plus had to pay £90 for them to diagnose problems.
We have taken it to House today for service and MOT. Friendly & brilliant service, & very competent. AND completed in half the time. We will
go back next time. Highly recommend. Well done guys

Had an MOT done at House Auto Engineers because they could do it quickly and my current Cert had just expired. My car failed because it needed front suspension arms replaced. They made repair and I picked car up the next day.
That said I doubt if I'd ever use them again. Why? Because of the surly attitude of the staff I came in contact with. They happily took my money but having to talk to the customer seemed to be somehow beneath them.

Very pleased with the work done on my van They were very helpful.
I would and have recommended them in the past and future.

Do not take your car here!! MOT failed, we were not offered to have the garage take it to an electrician to be fixed so we went via another garage to find House Autos use the same electrician ! The "other" garage done the mot re-test after the electrical fault had been fixed due to the awfully poor service & the lack of interest from House Autos.
Lo & behold, the MOT failed again as Two MAJOR fixes were missed by House Autos which could have caused a major accident. They also put an advisory on the 2022 MOT that rear brakes needed doing but were not even mentioned on this years advisory! The other garage sorted the brakes & major works.
When we contacted House Autos , the manager said "it's not my problem, the MOT tester is independent so you need to speak to him"! The tester was uninterested. The staff do not care and for the manager to say "it's not my problem" is just awful. He obviously does not care about his business reputation nor the safety of customers!! Fuming !!!
