Sometimes, you find a company that are so helpful and friendly that it feels like you must be some kind of VIP, but I'm guessing that that's just how these guys treat everybody.
From the first visit to the showroom where I was made to feel very welcome and at ease, I was listened to rather than spoken at - I felt they were genuinely interested in my needs and how they could help rather than in just making another sale.
In fact, I felt there was zero pressure on their part - they gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision - it felt like they were my "friends in the business" all the way through to installation (which was expertly done) and beyond. If their aftercare hasn't won any awards, it really deserves to - I have been blown away by their level of care and attention to detail.
I cannot recommend this company enough.

I can not recommend this company highly enough- amazing customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and their knowledge of my hot tub (American Whirlpool 471) & the industry was second to none.
Any fears I may of had about the recent climate ie energy etc were answered with clarity and sincerity. I’m over the moon!
