Hot Tub Assist Ltd

Andy and Dave went out of their way to get my hottub through my narrow gate, removing it and putting it back on just right - it was a bit of a struggle but with good humour and excellent customer service they did it. Very polite and efficient workers I do appreciate you both going that extra mile - a credit to the company! Thank you Al cambridge

Hot tub assist are very helpful and provide a good service however we did have to wait 1 month for them to send Davis and Lewis to add the upright lifter however the boys friendliness quickness to task was great thanks lads

Had David and Mike deliver my hot tub today . Brilliant service , helpful and took time to listen to concerns etc and gave great advice .....all with a laugh and smile in the rain , wind and cold . Would def use again as I was seriously impressed .

Excellent service and helpful polite staff both problem solving on the phone and in person.

Hopeless!! First visit failed to arrive (after I had taken time off work) 2nd visit unable to repair part but replaced the ozone (which they said had failed) at a cost of over £300. 3rd visit repaired Hartford-Loop another cost for parts they didn't charge for the call out, but still leak continued slow leak became worse. 4th visit finally identified where the link was (after saying he needed to remove the side of the spa, the leak was from the front). Didn't have the part with him.... Fed up paying call out charges and for parts that I didn't need, and still they didn't fix the problem (told me it was a new leak! I cant tell you how angry I was). Total 100% dissatisfaction, would not use again, no confidence in these guys, the engineer I had is one of the directors, who is trained by Watkins in USA, probably requires a lot more training!!!
