1Visited today and the woman who served my elderly mother spoke to her like she was senile and was no help at all. My parents and I have spent a considerable amount of money here over the years even though they are always on the expensive side and when the bloke who I presume was the boss came out all he did was accuse me of upsetting his staff! No apology for her upsetting my mother!
This isn’t the first time one of the family have commented on how miserable they are!
Will not be giving them anymore business that’s for sure!
