If I could give no stars, I would.
Taxi, booked in advance, failed to show up. No communication that it wouldn’t turn up. No answer when I called to find out where it was. Left a message and still no one called me back.
On top of that, I received a demand for payment with clearly doctored time; it was a no show. My screen shot of the confirmed booking tells the truth.
We were left stranded ... if your teenage son or daughter was stranded, you would be horrified.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Booked through the app & got confirmation. When the taxi didn't arrive I called to find out where it was. A very unhelpful man told me if the taxi isn't there then there isn't one available! I asked why my booking was confirmed & all he could say was he didn't know I asked him to cancel my booking and make sure I wasn't charged. He told me to cancel on the app as he couldn't do anything. We ended up being late for reservation, having to drive & find suitable parking. We will not be using this taxi firm again horrendous service

amazing service, I booked using their new app very easy to navigate l driver was friendly and very impressed with his driving, will definitely use again
