Fantastic Service despite the weather causing Havoc and me arriving with the vehicle 1 1/2 hours later than booked.

Ordered detachable tow bar for our ( new to us) Audi Q8 19 plate. Was told it would be a Witter or Westfalia bar. Travelled from Rotherham, on arrival bar wasn t at Garage but was on way from wholesalers! After an hour and half walking round, we returned to get out of rain, to be told that the"Bosal" ( not Witter or Westfalia Bar) didn t fit!! Another hour waiting for car to be putback together! SERIOUSLY!! This outfit can t even order correct product! No wonder they could fit us in so quick! Caravan trip cancelled, wife distraught!.
Bad practice!! AVOID!!
