Great, personal service and easy to deal with

We re-carpeted 3 bedrooms, our landing/stairs and living room with Hoopers.
They were easy to deal with throughout, provided advice and guidance when we were choosing as to what would work for us and were very accommodating. They answered questions quickly both over the phone and in person in the shop. They also arranged a door fitter for us who turned up the next working day and was excellent. I would heartedly recommend this business for any carpet/flooring needs.

personal and professional service

I first went to Hoopers over 15 years ago and , since then, every single time I have needed flooring I have gone back to them. I like a bargain as much as anyone else but find that even after shopping around they cannot be beaten on price and service. Years pass between my visits to them and yet they always remember me and can recall the exact details of previous flooring I have bought. They have let me take sample books home, talked me through the various options available without any hard sell and consistently provide a competitively priced and professional service that I have come to trust. I am gong back again next week.

Helpful, polite, no fuss. Better than the rest.

Well worth a visit. My first thought was Carpet Right but the reviews were rubbish and they said I would have to wait up to 10 weeks??. I ordered from Hoopers on a Wednesday and the carpet was fitted the following week. They did a survey and the quote was very good. The carpet fitters arrived on time and just got on with the job. They did everything including adjusting the doors and the finished job was perfect 10 out of 10 from me.
