What a fantastic service here. All offers and less expensive alternatives were pointed out. As a result of this, we bought our entire bathroom instead of just the tiles we went in to look at. Thank you for your help.

I highly recommend this company as being about great design & customer service rather than (as we found going round Marsh Barton) just the hard sell. Our designer Janette visited us to measure up and discuss our own ideas then drew up the plans for the new layouts (who knew you could fit all that in there & still have the room look bigger than before!) for us to consider, this design service is currently free of charge. Down at the showroom she then took the headache of trying to select which tiles for where out of the process for us and put together a fabulous scheme we both loved. Having both bathrooms gutted & refitted is always going to be stressful but having Steve Key (plumber) & Graham the tiler doing the work certainly helps reduce this, they are so friendly and easy to 'live with' especially on a Friday when they get the giggles!
We had the inevitable hiccups (nothing to do with the giggling) extending the job beyond the given 3 weeks but Steve kept us informed throughout and the finished result is absolutely fantastic. Rainfall showers, spa bath, modern, fresh, functional and above all an absolute pleasure to be in. I can't thank the team enough, we love our new bathrooms. A well deserved 5 stars from us!

What a great company; from the initial consultation right through to the end of both bathroom & en-suite upgrades. Claire was great; she gave a lot of time and help with decision-making, even coming out to our house to check on how things were going & to see all was ok. Keith is an excellent fitter, plumber & tiler; meticulous attention to detail and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased and would recommend Honiton Tile Company to anyone.
