Good food nice ribs

Terrible service online. We ordered food at 19.15 & had a confirmed delivery time of 20.15. At 8.30 there was no sign of food so we called the restaurant and was told they were a driver down and food would be with us in 15 minutes ( fair enough) however, 5 minutes later the online status said that the food had been delivered (which it definitely had not!!!!). At 21.00 we gave up and cancelled the order & called another place for food. At 21.10 the mythical delivery driver called to claim that the delivery time was in fact 20.45 ( total B.S!!!!) but if we still took delivery we could have the food for a £5 reduction. Needless to say I politely declined his offer and informed him that we had ordered food somewhere else. But the cherry on the cake was when I went onto the ordering to leave them feedback , they had entered themselves as declining the order thus prevent from being able to leave feedback!!!!I won't be ordering from Hong Kitchen again.

We just went in here ordered and took our food home, live 5 minutes away food was cold when we got back, the chicken, if it is chicken, was absolutely vile, the sauces were horrible and rice had funny taste and texture. Will never go here again. Bleugh!!

We used it so many times in the past! And had no problems. Looks to me it's been taken over by people who have no clue in how to run a business. We ordered our food at 7 15pm by 21 05 we still have no food at first we placed our food and no problem 30,in later we are getting endless call saying the driver is outside (no one was outside) then phone rings again the driver s lost we finally get our food and it was unaccepetable for a homeless dog chips hard and cold looked like last weeks put back in the fryer the curries were cold so I call up and the reply I get was just a joke by the lady on the other end "I can get you a new curry in 10min" NoWay! Was I waiting another 10min for poor food I just wanted my money back well they could do that only 20% off next order NOT Happy! I explain all the problems and the lady finally gives in and says "ican get your money to you in 30min" well going though my min is you can cook and deliver food in 10min but can't bring my money till 30min
All together the place is just gone right down the pan with rude staff!
