Inconsiderate.

Since beginning work adjacent to a Courtenay Park child's playground in Salcombe Devon (when they have been here) they have had the radio blaring out and have parked so as to obstruct the pedestrian footpath.
Now it is the Easter holidays and no child nor parent should have to endure the noise nor be forced to use the sloping and often slippery grass to bypass their vehicles. Especially the elderly and those with pushchairs.
You could not imagine anybody being so uncaring and selfish. Which may or not be reflected in their work.
