Homeplan began providing floor plans to estate agents in 1995. Whilst estate agency floor plans are often considered “just a guide” our philosophy has always been to produce them as accurately as possible and then present them to the client, at a standard they require. Our floor plans are drawn on site using the latest computer technology. Our plans are drawn to completion by the person who visits the property. We are proud to say are one of very few remaining suppliers of floor plans to estate agents, who do not outsource any drawing of floor plans overseas. All plans are RICS compliant and adhere to PMA guidelines.
