Homeguard Locksmith

Nat came round within 30 minutes and asked for ID before starting work. Came across as very polite and professional. Spent 30 minutes trying to break the lock and was talking me through each step so I knew what he was doing. Once we were in, he did not have the locking mechanism specifically required for my door so provided me with an overnight lock. I asked to pay for his call out but he said to sort the payment out for the next day, which I did appreciate. He came the next day, fitted the new lock and also managed to save me some money.
For me, his service was 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend to use him for anyone out there that needs a locksmith.

Really quick response. No hassle and a nice guy - even though it was 8 at night and miserable out. He came when he said he would, sorted out the lock without having to replace it. He has a reasonable call out charge. Would definitely recommend and use again.
