Can’t rate them highly enough, I’ve got cream carpets and they’ve made them look like new again

Fantastic, professional, polite, efficient, quality service from beginning to end. They really knew their jobs well and left our carpets looking like brand new again. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again.

We had an appointment booked for 12:30 yestersay and they turned up at 8.45am without a phone call to check it was ok.
Cleaning provided was fair and we paid cash, although slightly more than originally quoted. Overall disappointed and bit of a shame as we've used them before hence the low review score.

I am absolutely furious! I had an appointment booked for 12noon today and they turned up at 8.20am without a phone call to check it was ok! They said they moved furniture to clean the carpets, well, they might have moved some. When it came to paying, Malcolm stood over me whilst I was paying via bacs and asked me to use his personal debit card details. Strange! I felt extremely uncomfortable and won’t be recommending them ever again. A shame, as I have used them before and they were fine. It cost me today £120 for 2 rooms! I think I have been had. Well that’s taught me a lesson. And by the way they chipped our doorway and didn’t even have the curtsy to let me know. It would be good if someone could come back to me from Homefresh but I certainly don’t want to hear from Malcolm.
