Exceptional service

I didn’t realise, until I personally needed help with excruciating nerve pain in my big toe, that getting a quick appointment with any Podiatrist is just impossible these days.

Jolene was just exceptional in her response to my predicament.

Whilst I couldn’t get an immediate actual appointment (no one gets that from anyone) Jolene did return my phone call and proceeded to give me a virtual consultation, taking up a lot of her personal time, providing me by both phone and email (including unprompted follow up communication ), how best to hopefully resolve the issue.

I am truly indebted to Jolene for her exceptional care/empathy and professionalism, going way and beyond the call of duty to help in the way she did, which I’m relieved to say resulted in me being pain free that day.

Would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone, thank you again Jolene.

I can't thank you enough for coming to my rescue today. Elaine thank you for arranging appointment and for the kind and caring way you dealt with my enquiry. Jolene thank you so much for the care to my feet. My toe was really quite painful . I was apprehensive about the treatment because of the pain however your use of anaesthetic cream made such a difference. I felt very much at ease with your professional and compassionate approach With grateful thanks Kind Regards Patricia

Diaappointment

Met Jolene in December 2020 was very friendly and lovely person. Great service and honestly made a difference to my partners feet. We made another appointment and it was confirmed, however Jolene never actually appeared or contacted us, so on 3 occasions I tried to contact her yet still no reply. Our friend uses Jolene and enquired for us, but yet still to hear a reply. All in all not a service I would recommend, very disappointed!!
