Boiler problem

Had to call out for an engineer due to problems with my boiler, I talked to a man on the phone who arranged everything. Think his name was Kieran? he was really polite and understanding because I had no idea what to do! Engineer came fast, was professional and solved the problem straight out. Super happy!

Poor service.

Came out to repair my auntie boiler which was intermittently going off, they claimed it was fixed but actually made it worse. It wasn’t working when they came to look at it but when the left it was also leaking. Called and emailed and left messages but had to get another company out to fix the problem in the end after trying to get them back for over a week. Owner Kieran is rude and didn’t seem bothered.

Lack of communication

Would leave minus stars if it was possible. This company is terrible for communicating with their customers, no feedback regarding boiler repair whatsoever.
Left an elderly couple without heating or hot water for days on end with no consideration for their welfare. Only after hearing from a third party did the couple find out that the boiler wouldn’t be repaired.
Totally and utterly disgusted with the company’s so called service and would definitely warn other people NOT To use them
