Pathetic treatment of a return customer. When I complained about incorrect door delivered, then when correct door was delivered and fitted with incorrect handle. My calls are blocked. Also some snagging was required which has not been completed so has cost me to fix their mistakes. Customer service/care does not exist. Infact would actually say whoever is their main contact is possibly the worst person I have ever spoken to.

This company made a complete mess of fitting 7 windows and a door at my property, I took them to the small claims court and won they now have a county court judgement against them and I am still trying to get my £5000 payment back but I think they are now out of business which can only be a good thing save robbing other customers

they are shambolic. Windows and doors fitted 3 years ago - still trying to get them to sort the huge issues. I have water running down the inside of the windows and a kitchen window I can’t open. They have now stopped answering calls - avoid at all cost

Terrible company, avoid at all costs;

New door(s) fitted in Summer 2021 incorrectly with a number of issues, including the fact it is hard to open and a fire hazard. Homepick have made no real attempt to fix the door despite multiple emails and phone call saying they plan too. Its been a horrible experience which has gone on too long and they are now no longer taking my calls or sending updates.

This review is a last resort and something I dont like doing but I feel I have been left with no choice.

Please also note, they dont tell you this, but they use a broker to take your payment which effectively rendors any credit card protection null and void.

Currently seeking legal advice.

Do not touch this company!
They order your product but don’t pay for it.
Therefore leaving you (the customer) without a guarantee.
Does not have a clue about windows and doors despite selling them, winging it I think they call it.
