Soooo Relaxing

I have been going to Lea's Yin yoga sessions for the last 5 wks and I absolutely love it , Lea is so lovely, and a very good teacher. I have never done yoga before but have surprised myself with some of the positions I have managed to achieve. The group is all ages who are very friendly .
If you have a lot of tension and stress Lea's class will definitely sort you out .

Best yoga classes I've been to

Really enjoy yoga with Lea, not only is she lovely but she is super knowledgeable and makes everyone feel at ease. The sessions are challenging but also relaxing in a dim lit studio with fairy lights, candles and aromatherapy oils. I go home after an hour feeling like a new person- best yoga class I've been to.
