As the owner of Home Instead Rugby, Sarah prides herself in the team she has created to provide the best possible care and support for families and their loved ones, just as they were her own.
Mrs Jane Hughes - Care Manager
Jane ensures the smooth running of the office, helping clients and our team to achieve our goals of providing the best possible care to our clients and their families. Meeting Clients and their families to help create the best possible care plan to suit their needs.
Mrs Angie Smith - Trainer
Angie has been with Home Instead since 2019 and is passionate about delivering the best possible training to all of our Care Professionals. Equipping our Care Professional's with the best possible training they will be able to support their clients with individual care that is needed.
Mrs Shona Hughes - Marketing & Recruitment Manager
Shona leverages er passion for care alongside her expertise in customer service, marketing, and consulting. With 14 years experience it helps Shona to find the right candidates for the role of Care Professional. Shona also utilises digital marketing and social media to enhance brand awareness.
Kim Moorcroft - Scheduler
As Scheduler, Kim expertly coordinates schedules to match the needs of clients with the availability of our Care Professionals, ensuring seamless service delivery. Kim helps keep everything running smoothly, ensuring our clients receive timely and consistent care.
Alisha Banga - Recruitment & Admin Support
Alisha works alongside our Marketing and Recruitment Manager to assist with the recruitment processes by arranging and conducting interviews as well as completing the correct paperwork. Alisha also helps to build new relationships in the community through social events.
Mrs Tamara Hunter - Head of Care Professional Experience
Tamara supports our Care Professionals with completing Care Certificates, competencies, and supervision. This ensures that the best possible care is given to our clients by our dedicated Care Professional's.
Alison Naylor - Care Supervisor
Alison plays an integral role in managing client touchpoints, from consultations to conducting client audits, ensuring the highest standards of care. She oversees day-to-day operations, supports Care Professionals during support visits, and provides full team support.
Mrs Amy Hollis - Client Experience & Compliance Coordinator
Amy liaises with our clients and their families to ensure their journey and experience is one that fits the clients, and that we are providing the best possible care that we as a team can provide. Amy s also our compliance queen!
Mrs Hayley Hartshorn - Live In Care Coordinator
Hayley supports the live-in staff members and our clients that are currently having 24/7 care in their own homes. Working with the office staff to ensure the smooth running of our live-In Care Professional team.

The overall experience has been outstanding.
Home Instead have been providing support for our dad twice a day for over a year and the overall experience has been outstanding. Communication between the team is excellent - nothing is missed and they always notify the family if they have a concern. It feels like we work as a team together. We know Dad is being looked after when we cannot be there and he likes the 3 caregivers he has. They are very reliable and the level of care given is excellent. They have a great approach for care and go above and beyond. They also help with odd jobs. Mum has said how wonderful they all are. The difference in my mum is amazing.
