Bad after care

Purchased a carpet here less than two years ago paid over £700
After a year or so carpet looked strange got worse and worse so rang the shop after weeks and weeks off ringing and e mails
Told it was something called pile reversal never mentioned when purchasing the carpet and apparently it doesn't take a way from the durability etc but a complete eye sore looks like a big water stain on my floor
The shop then offered £200 so thought I would use it to replace the hall for now If nothing else
But surprise surprise the shop had nothing to fit my hall all been a big joke
The retailer should have been on my side against the manufacturers

Excellent service at Holywood Flooring

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Good communication with all members of staff. Fitters Wayne and Gareth were very professional and could not have been more helpful. Delighted with my carpet and beautifully fitted.
