Oliver was so calm, reassuring and compassionate when I first telephoned him after my mum passed away. He and his colleague treated her with the utmost respect and dignity and I knew she was in safe hands which was great a relief to me. Holmes and Family is such a professional organisation. Sarah was so lovely and led us through the difficult task of organising the funeral - again with calmness, empathy and care. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm hoping I don't need such services again in the near future, but if and when I do I will definitely use them again.
