Hollywood Nail & Beauty

Today was the first time I had been to Hollywood Nail and Beauty and it will definitely be the last time! Staff are too busy chatting to each other to fully concentrate on what they are doing! The person attending to my nails was too busy chatting and looking away that she started filing my skin rather than my nails. I had to request she filed one nail three times to ensure it was the shape I had asked for and not crooked/leaning to the left. I had brought my own polish and coverage was so uneven due to her dipping the brush in a little then trying to cover two nails each time instead of a dip for each nail! To top it off, she then sent me to dry my nails but hadn't put top coat on! This was applied halfway through the drying process.
Don't be fooled by the smart decor you see looking in from the High Street and don't waste your money! Worst nail shop l've ever been to by far!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The staff were really rude, no hygiene for product use or checking for allergies. My nails are wonky and badly painted and I felt like I was a pain for them just by turning up. Do not recommend
