Hollywood Bowl

We booked two games on line in the morning for my husband my 7 year old and myself for 420 that day so ample time.. Arrived on time people still playing so ten minute wait which is acceptable. Lane discusting used glasses and rubbish left behind ask for someone to clear, took the full length of the game For someone to finally move glasses lane still dirty. After first game we had to go ask someone as we couldn't get the second game to work. We were told by a rude uninterested staff member that we had only paid for one game and should have been in lane 3 not 4 although there receipt clearly said 2 game and she had written lane 4 herself in the receipt. We had to ask for a manager who was already dealing with some poor child's birthday party they had also messed up. Another family then arrive at our lane who have booked. We're told to move to let them in and to wait for another lane to come free, Totally unacceptable no apology disorganised Laos !!!!

After being unable to book amf with the kids due to a tournament, we took the short bus journey to hollywood bowl.

Despite it being a Saturday afternoon, we only had a twenty minute wait and someone came to get us when our lane was ready.
Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced and there was a good variety, the staff even proved a glass of milk for my youngest who doesn't drink dilute juice, you'd be surprised how rare it is for this to happen!

We had several staff members visit our lane ensuring we were comfortable and had adequate refreshments, the alley was clean and overall was a fantastic afternoon out! Would definitely recommend for children of all ages and abilities, finally somewhere that's good for the grown ups too!!!
