A few months ago a neighbour recommended Terry Hollick to us. We checked the wall he had built and asked Terry for the same to be built in our garden. We were really pleased with the work and asked him to come back and relay our garden path last week. Terry arrived around 8am every day (unless he was buying materials), worked hard, taking only a short break for lunch and if his phone rang he would continue working while talking or sometimes just let the phone ring without answering. It took just 4 days to renew a very long path. Every afternoon before leaving Terry would clear away any tools he'd been using and not leave anything on the lawn. This was wonderful in comparison to the mess left by other workers in the past. In fact he has been the neatest worker we have come across in the last 20+ years living here. Another plus is there's no loud radio or phone playing out music to annoy the neighbours. We are really pleased with his work and hope he'll have time next time we need him.

Knowing Hollick&Sons from previous jobs and that they specialise on complex renovations was one of the reasons I found a nerve to buy a decrepit flat. There was not a bit of it that did not need to be replaced, renewed or installed from scratch.
Terry's team rewired all sockets putting them and light switches in places where I needed them, installed a central heating system with none of the pipework left in sight. They laid wooden floors, plastered and painted all the walls and ceilings, retiled the bathroom, installed a new toilet, basin cabinet and a shower. They fitted a new kitchen.
Those several issues that cropped up along the way Terry solved at no extra cost.
I stayed in another country and could not micromanage the process, but Terry kept me informed, sent photos and videos of the work done.
Cannot stop admiring the quality of his work and warm ambience the flat acquired thanks to the labour invested in it. I got a place that is brand new and made up to satisfy my tastes.

Terry and Cameron arrived at 8am as agreed to build a wall in the garden. It took 2 days and they were excellent workers. They were polite, friendly, professional, put plastic sheets on the patio to protect it and kept their equipment and the area tidy all the time. There was also no music played. The standard of work was excellent. Terry made suggestions about a finish and we're so pleased with the present work that we have booked him again for when he's free.
