Holistic Life Therapies Norwich is about Wellbeing on all levels physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Through a specially chosen range of therapies and a caring holistic approach, we aim to balance and restore your Wellbeing.

I offer a range of healing treatments, which I combine or use separately in a Session along with spiritual guidance and emotional support.

I also offer a variety of classes and workshops to help empower you to heal yourself and others, including Drumming Circles and Journeying, and connecting with nature in a teepee from my home in Norfolk.

My interest in complementary and alternative therapies began after the deaths of both my parents from cancer, which left me very disillusioned with conventional medicine.

I started my own healing path with Reiki in 2002, Spiritual Healer training with Norfolk Healers in 2004, practitioner level in Emotional Freedom Techniques (Level 3), Emotrance, Reiki Drum, Angelic Reiki.

I also offer training in Reiki in Norwich, Norfolk, Reiki Drum and Angelic Reiki, as well as personal spiritual development.
