Very Poor Show

Beware! After a short visit to this hotel and what was an honest mistake, I have been stung with a £260 bill. This was brought up with hotel management and the answer was that I should have taken note of the signs. No matter how many signs there are, I simply did not see them, so they are clearly insufficient. This hotel apparently does not care about its paying customers, given they are happy for them to be stung with huge fines for what was an honest mistake. If the company had truly experienced a £260 loss, as a direct result of my short visit, then I’d take it on the chin and pay what was due. But that’s clearly not the case here. The right thing to do would have been to reimburse me, but they refused to do so. Therefore I am posting these warnings as far and wide as possible to warn the public. If this is the position they take in relation to parking, how would they respond to other customer complaints? I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
