Booked these guys for a small event, everyone enjoyed the food so much that I wanted to arrange again for the next event. When inquiring I was given the option to hire a hog roasting machine which was delivered with a nice sized pig. I really enjoyed the whole process and it was surprisingly easy to make the pig taste great. Hope to hire again in the future!
