My car broke down at the side of the road, I called the guys at hoddesdon tyres and they helped me arrange recovery, once the car arrived at the garage they promptly diagnosed the fault and had me back on the
Road within a couple of hours, great service would 100% use the garage again, thank you.

I encountered two issues with my car, namely an engine coolant leakage and the exhaust pipe coming loose from the bottom. I visited their service center on 15 Aug 23, and they performed various tasks, charging me a total of 753.67 on 17 Aug 23.
Upon receiving my car, I immediately noticed strange noises, and within 2-3 days, I observed that the coolant was still leaking, along with battery issues. After inspection, they diagnosed battery issue but no coolant leakage. Again, I paid approx 200.
The leakage persisted and visited service station every week but they consistently denied any issues. On 25 Oct 23, they took my car for inspection and identified another coolant tank leakage. Actually, initial leakage never resolved, yet they demanded 185 pounds to replace it.
Frustrated due to lack of resolution, I decided to go to another garage, where they successfully changed the coolant tank, and my car is fine.
If you care your car, I strongly advise against entrusting it to them.
