Hocus Crocus is a friendly gardening, garden design and tree surgery service operating in Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pateley Bridge and the surrounding area. The company is run by Karen who has over 25 years experience and is qualified to BS 3998 & NPTC approved., We provide a tailored and unique service to suit your needs. From design, beds, borders, colour schemes and planting to felling, pruning, lawn care, mowing, hedgetrimming and surveying, we offer a caring and individual service to suit any budget, domestic or commercial. We specialise in fast turnaround garden makeovers.

All aspects of garden maintenance and design, tree surgery and tree surveying. Our sites are always left clean and tidy

What a Xmas treat🎄

Thanks for your patience revamping my garden. I couldn't believe it when i got home from work. What a Xmas treat. Everything was finished and cleared away and the design looked amazing. I couldn't visualize your design, you obviously have a good eye for detail. Many, many thanks. I can now put my lights up and sit back and relax. Merry Xmas.

Professional, reliable, inspiring!

Have used several local companies on my very large garden in Pateley Bridge as well as a few properties I rent out until I was recomnended Karen at Hocus Crocus and now I would not use anyone else. Hocus Crocus are based locally and are very reliable and reasonably priced. My garden looks amazing all year round and Karen is truly a naturally talented gardener with amazing creative flare and a friendly, hard working team. The tree surgeons are highly skilled and had no problem cutting down a huge 70 ft sycamore tree, leaving the garden immaculate afterwards and even logging it all up for our Woodburner. She offers some great advice and no job is too big or small. A real find for Nidderdale.

Karen is a gem. After approaching several unsatisfactory firms, we discovered her and found her pleasant and easy to get on with, hard working, imaginative, reliable and very thorough in both the planning and the execution of the scheme. In two days she and her team transformed our incredibly boring garden into a very attractive, low maintenance one. Highly recommended.

Karen and her team have worked wonders.
We had a huge overgrown tree and an out of control hedge, which are now a stunning features.

The team worked none stop and left the garden tidier than when they arrived.
