We've been fortunate to have engaged Stewart's considerable skills over the past 20 years or so on a range of joinery projects, we have never been disappointed with the outcome. His craftsmanship is superb and design notions commendable.
Our neighbour also used Hobbs Carpentry, on our recommendation for some bespoke cabinetry, and subsequently referred to Stewart as "The Magician". Find out for yourself, you'll be amazed at the quality of finish.

Amazing Carpentry

I instructed Hobbs Carpentry to build me a bespoke waiter station for my restaurant from a drawing I made. I highly recommend them as from the beginning the communication was spot on. The workmanship is really on another level and the attention to detail really shows in their work. I absolutely love our new waiter station and they even added some Led lights that gave it a nice touch.

The quality of Stewart's work is unparalleled, he always made sure that every bit of work he did for us was perfect and gave great suggestions on how best to renovate our property. He was punctual, and kept our house very tidy whilst working in not ideal conditions. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing bespoke carpentry.

The best we have come across

Stewart is an incredibly professional and dedicated tradesman, and the best we have encountered. As others allude to on these reviews he is also a really lovely and likeable guy.

He has carried out two jobs in our home to the very highest standard, one set of alcove cabinets in our lounge which are beautiful and most recently another set of alcove units that double up as work units that can be packed away. His ideas are very clever and execution is top notch.

His attention to detail is second to none, he is an absolute perfectionist (which is a very good trait for a carpenter I imagine!) and he really cares about what he is doing for you, as if he was doing it for his own home. He takes immense pride in his work and he is also an absolute gent. Would highly recommend him.

Hobbs carpentry, simply fantastic.

I'll start this review by stating what a wonderful guy Stewart is, he came in yo our home with a wonderful attitude and his professionalism and talent is unequalled with any other tradesman I have ever had to use. He pays so much attention to detail and is such a perfectionist, for anybody reading this when you use him you will see and know what I mean. Stewart made us bespoke units either side of our chimney stack and I genuinely cannot fimd fault with the end product, his work or him as a person. We have since had Stewart return to create a bespoke storage area under our stairs and again his work is wonderful. It might all sound a bit over the top to some but it's a true and honest review of Hobbs Carpentry.
