At HMJ Fitness and Massage, you will find an outstanding human being, a person that really cares about the patient's wellbeing, she also has exceptional communication skills and is able to talk about various topics. I definitely recommend "HMJ Fitness and Massage" for anyone who wants to find a friendly professional who makes the client feels welcome. I have started having Deep Tissue Ther...apy, and then decided to sign up for the Sports Personal Training which includes fitness nutrition and motivation. It is well worth it.

Best massage in East London

Best massage I have had in years. First time visiting Amelia, after giving her a brief history she was able to pin point my problem area. During the massage, she knew exactly where the issues where, was able to warn me ahead. Not only did she massage my hold body, she also stretched my limbs. Already booked another session with her.

This is the first time I attended HMJ for for a deep tissue massage and I will continue to do so :-)
Shirley was very informative, knowledgeable and empathetic. Shirley made me feel so comfortable, Shirley customer service is outstanding..... the genuine care Shirley has is to a very high standard!!

Shirley was fantastic - booked for the whole family. She took care and attention with each of us (adults and children). As well as a very good massage - detailed advice on exercises, stretches, sharing her wealth of knowledge. Already booked next set of sessions.
