Avoid at all costs especially if you're a woman. I waited by the truck whilst the H&K delivery driver brought back the pine skirting boards I was returning from my garden. However he instead illegally entered my flat and I found him sitting on my toilet having in his words "a big dump". Well he used up almost an entire roll of toilet paper. I suppose I should just be grateful that he didn't burgle me as well! The Directors and GM have not apologised or responded at all to my numerous emails, letters or calls on the matter. So much for it being a family run business. Nobody seems to be in charge or care. They also haven't refunded me my money for the returned boards. So I'm now out of pocket as well. If you are forced to use this company always pay with a credit card. Always triple check that they have delivered what you ordered and never ever let their delivery driver out of your sight. Better still save yourself the grief and use another builders merchant. I wish I had!
