About Hippo Toys and Models
Hippo Toys is a toy and model shop at Mochdre Business Park just outside Colwyn Bay, only miutes from the main A55 expressway. The shop is packed with all types of toys and models.
We have moved to a warehouse unit on the business park from the town centre of Colwyn Bay so we could have our own free car parking.
We have internet shops on eBay and Amazon and our own ecommerce website.
Opened in 2004, the shop has a vast range of farm toys and models made by Britains, Siku and Bruder. The model railway section of the shop has a massive selection of trains, track and buildings with Bachmann, Peco, Hornby, Graham Farish and Metcalfe products.
In the summer months you will find the Hippo Toys trade stand attending many of the major agricultural shows in the area including the Royal Welsh Show.
Hippo Toys also have a selection of Airfix kits and Humbrol paints.
We can advise you on all types of modelling techniques and materials.
