From my initial enquiry regarding problems with my lawnmower, I found Alison a breath of fresh air! Knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
My lawnmower was collected, fully serviced (including blade sharpening) a running problem solved, and returned all within a reasonable time and for a reasonable price.
In addition, where as a component could have been supplied and charged for (I had been asked and agreed to this) the issue was resolved without the need for this.
Probably more importantly, the communication throughout was excellent, including calls, voice messages when necessary and texts too!
I could not recommend Hinckley Lawnmowers more highly.

Excellent Customer Service and delivery of the Goods!

From my initial contact with the company to collecting my lawnmower, the service was outstanding. I requested many details about the lawnmower I wanted to buy and Alison took the time and trouble to furnish the obscure details that I required. I could not have asked for better service and communication from a friendly family business. I thoroughly recommend Hinckley Lawnmowers to anyone who appreciates first class customer service. Service such as I experienced is difficult to find with larger companies, who just pay token service to customers who require that little bit more of assistance before making a purchase.
I was assured that the After Sales Service would be as efficient as the Sales experience. Companies like Hinckley Lawnmowers deserve to do well.
The buying experience can be described as Old Fashioned customer service in an age where, sadly this no longer exists.
Well done Hinckley Lawnmowers and a Great Big Thank You for your excellent service and communications.

Great lawn mower service experience 👍

After searching Google for somewhere to service my Honda Lawn mower came across Hinckley Lawn Mower Service. From my first contact to receiving back my lawn mower could not fault anything. My mower came back like new and has given even better stripes in my lawn. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks Mark and Alison...

Hinkley Mowers to the rescue.

Picture this.
Its Saturday, you have a Garden Party/BBQ for friends and family next weekend. You jump on your tractor mower to cut the grass so it looks nice and, catastrophe, its broken down - the cutter blades won't engage and a rear tyre is flat. You panic, sensing impending disaster, but a calm voice of reason from indoors says "Why don't you phone those nice people from Hinkley Mowers, explain to them and see what happens?"
Hinkley Mowers "Thunderbird 3" turns up a few days later and reassuringly say "Don't worry. We will do our best and won't let you down."
The following Friday the mower is fixed, returned and grass cut to perfection with lots of admiring comments from guests during a lovely summer evening blissfully unaware of the previous drama.
I have used Hinkley Mowers for 10 years now and won't go anywhere else. They are so professional, caring and know all their customers.
"Don't worry. We will do our best and won't let you down."
Says it all really.
